Comparison review

IPod Touch 5th Generation is slightly better than the Sony Tablet S, with a 61 score against 57.5. The iPod Touch 5th Generation works with iOS 7.x OS, while Sony Tablet S works with Android 3.2 OS. The iPod Touch 5th Generation is a newer tablet, and it's also a lot lighter and noticeably thinner than Sony Tablet S.

The iPod Touch 5th Generation has a little faster CPU than Sony Tablet S, because although it has 512 MB less RAM memory, and they both have a Dual-Core processor, the iPod Touch 5th Generation also counts with a graphics processor. The iPod Touch 5th Generation has a much more vibrant display than Sony Tablet S, because although it has a bit lower 1136 x 640 resolution and a way smaller display, it also counts with a much greater pixels count per inch in the screen.

The Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation takes much clearer photos and videos than Sony Tablet S, and although they both have the same resolution back camera, the Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation also has a way higher (Full HD) video quality. Sony Tablet S features much more memory to store more games and applications than iPod Touch 5th Generation, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Sony Tablet S also has an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 32 GB.

The Sony Tablet S features a much better battery lifetime than Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 1030mAh.

Despite of being the best tablet in our current comparison, the Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation is also a lot cheaper, making it an easy decision.
