Comparison review

Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) is slightly better than Sony Tablet S, with a 60.1 score against 56.3. The Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) is a newer tablet, and it is also just a bit thinner and a little bit lighter than Sony Tablet S. These devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) has 4.1 version while Sony Tablet S has Android 4.0 version.

Sony Tablet S has a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have the same 800 x 1280 resolution, the Sony Tablet S also counts with a little bit better count of pixels per inch in the display. Sony Tablet S and Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) feature incredibly similar CPUs, both have 2 CPU cores and 1 GB of RAM.

Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1)'s storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos is just as good as Sony Tablet S's one, both have equal internal storage capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 32 GB. Sony Tablet S takes a little bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1280x720 video definition, the Sony Tablet S also has a much better resolution camera in the back.

The Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) features a much longer battery performance than Sony Tablet S, because it has a 7000mAh battery size against 5000mAh.

Despite of being the best tablet of the ones we compare here, Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) is also the cheapest one, which makes it an easy choice.
