The iPod Touch 5th Generation has a global score of 62.7, which is a bit better than Sony Tablet S's score of 57.5. IPod Touch 5th Generation works with iOS 7.x OS, and Sony Tablet S has Android 4.0 OS. IPod Touch 5th Generation is a newer tablet device, and it's also incredibly lighter and a lot thinner than the Sony Tablet S.

IPod Touch 5th Generation has a bit better processing power than Sony Tablet S, because although it has 512 MB lesser RAM, and they both have a Dual-Core processor, the iPod Touch 5th Generation also counts with an additional GPU. Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation has a much sharper screen than Sony Tablet S, because although it has a way smaller screen and a little bit worse resolution of 1136 x 640, it also counts with much more pixels per display inch.

The iPod Touch 5th Generation has a much better camera than Sony Tablet S, and although they both have a 5 mega-pixels camera in the back, the iPod Touch 5th Generation also has a much better video quality.
