Comparison review

HTC Flyer is just a bit better than the Sony Tablet S, getting a 58.7 score against 57.5. Both tablets in this comparison come with Android operating system, but the HTC Flyer has an older 3.2 version and Sony Tablet S has Android 4.0 version. Although HTC Flyer and Sony Tablet S were released only 2 months apart, the HTC Flyer body is thicker but also a lot lighter.

HTC Flyer has a bit superior processing unit than Sony Tablet S, because although it has an inferior number of cores , and they both have the same RAM memory amount, the HTC Flyer also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. The HTC Flyer counts with just a bit better looking screen than Sony Tablet S, because although it has a way smaller screen and a way worse 600 x 1024 pixels resolution, it also counts with a little greater amount of pixels in each screen inch.

The HTC Flyer's memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos is just as good as Sony Tablet S's one, both have a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 32 GB and equal internal memory capacity. The Sony Tablet S features better battery performance than HTC Flyer, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 4000mAh.

The HTC Flyer features a bit better camera than Sony Tablet S. They have the same (HD) video resolution, the same 30 fps video frame rate and a same resolution camera in the back.

In addition to being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing, the HTC Flyer is also by far the cheapest.
