Comparison review

The Galaxy Note 8.0 is a lot better than the Sony Tablet S, having a 69.2 score against 57.5. The Galaxy Note 8.0 is a newer tablet, and it's also way thinner and noticeably lighter than Sony Tablet S. Both devices we compare here use Android operating system, but the Galaxy Note 8.0 has 4.4.2 version while Sony Tablet S has Android 4.0, counting with a couple additional features and performance tweaks.

The Galaxy Note 8.0 has a really superior hardware performance than Sony Tablet S, because it has an extra graphics processor, more cores and more RAM. The Galaxy Note 8.0 has a bit more vivid screen than Sony Tablet S, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels, the Galaxy Note 8.0 also counts with a bit greater screen density.
