Sony Vaio Tap 11 is better than the Asus VivoTab Smart, getting a 66 score against 58.7. The Sony Vaio Tap 11 construction is notably heavier and a little bit thicker than Asus VivoTab Smart. These devices come with the same Windows 8 OS. The Sony Vaio Tap 11 features a sharper screen than Asus VivoTab Smart, because it has a better 1080 x 1920 resolution, a quite greater screen pixel density and a little bigger screen.

Sony Vaio Tap 11 features a way bigger storage for games and applications than Asus VivoTab Smart, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. Asus VivoTab Smart features a bit more powerful CPU than Sony Vaio Tap 11, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Asus VivoTab Smart also counts with an additional GPU.
