Comparison review
Sony Xperia Tablet S is a little bit better than the HTC Flyer, with a 58.9 score against 58.7. Sony Xperia Tablet S is a newer and a bit thinner tablet than HTC Flyer, although it's incredibly heavier. These devices use Android OS, but Sony Xperia Tablet S has newer 4.1.1 version while HTC Flyer has Android 3.2, counting with some extra features and optimized performance.
Sony Xperia Tablet S counts with just a bit better processing power than HTC Flyer, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM, the Sony Xperia Tablet S also has 3 more cpu cores and a better graphics co-processor running at 416 megahertz. HTC Flyer counts with a display that is very similar to the display in Sony Xperia Tablet S, because although the HTC Flyer has a way worse resolution of 600 x 1024 and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a quite greater pixel count per inch of display.
HTC Flyer takes better videos and photos than Xperia Tablet S, although it has a way lower resolution camera. Xperia Tablet S has much more storage for applications and games than HTC Flyer, because it has a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB and 32 GB more internal storage. HTC Flyer features a much better battery lifetime than Xperia Tablet S.
Although Xperia Tablet S is a better device, it is a bit more expensive than the HTC Flyer, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as HTC Flyer. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Xperia Tablet S, else you can save some money and get the HTC Flyer, letting go a couple features and specs.
