Sony Xperia Tablet Z is slightly better than HTC Jetstream, getting a 68.5 score against 63.6. Sony Xperia Tablet Z is a newer device, and it's also incredibly lighter and incredibly thinner than the HTC Jetstream. These tablets use Android OS (operating system), but the Sony Xperia Tablet Z has a more recent 4.4.4 version while HTC Jetstream has Android 3.1, providing a couple additional features and performance improvements.

Although Xperia Tablet Z is a better device, it is way more expensive than the HTC Jetstream, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the HTC Jetstream. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the HTC Jetstream, giving up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your budget.
