The Xperia Z2 Tablet has a general score of 69.8, which is better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1's 62.7 global score. Xperia Z2 Tablet is a newer tablet device, and it's also way thinner and extremely lighter than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1. Both tablets in this comparison review have Android OS, but Xperia Z2 Tablet has the newer 4.4.4 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has Android 4.0.
Xperia Z2 Tablet has a more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, and although they both have a same size screen, the Xperia Z2 Tablet also has a much higher screen density and a much higher resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels. The Xperia Z2 Tablet counts with a much better storage to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 64 GB, the Xperia Z2 Tablet also has 16 GB internal memory capacity.
