The Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact is better than the Asus VivoTab RT, getting a overall score of 71.3 against 61. The Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact has Android 4.4 OS, and Asus VivoTab RT has Windows RT OS. Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact is a newer tablet, and it is also notably thinner and a lot lighter than the Asus VivoTab RT.
The Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact features a superior processor than Asus VivoTab RT, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact also has an additional graphics processor and a greater amount of RAM. Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact counts with a way better looking screen than Asus VivoTab RT, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a way better 1920 x 1200px resolution and a much higher pixels number per inch in the screen.
