Comparison review
The Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact is slightly better than Google Nexus 10, getting a score of 71.3 against 68.1. Both tablets in this review work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact has the older 4.4 version while Google Nexus 10 has Android 5.1 version. The Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact is a newer tablet, and it is also a lot thinner and noticeably lighter than Google Nexus 10.
Google Nexus 10 counts with a screen that is very similar to Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact's display, although the Google Nexus 10 also has a better resolution of 1600 x 2560, a bigger display and a bit greater pixels density. Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact counts with a better processor than Google Nexus 10, because it has more RAM memory, a higher number of cores (and also faster) and a graphics co-processor.
Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact counts with a quite bigger storage for applications and games than Google Nexus 10, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that holds up to 128 GB. Google Nexus 10 features a very superior battery duration than Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, because it has 9000mAh of battery capacity.
The Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact features a little bit better camera than Google Nexus 10, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (Full HD) video quality, the Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact also has a much better 8.1 MP resolution back-facing camera.
Although Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact is a better device, it costs more money than the Google Nexus 10, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Google Nexus 10. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Google Nexus 10, letting go a couple features and specs.
