Galaxy Tab 8.9 has an overall score of 58.1, which is slightly better than the Toshiba Encore 2 10.1-inch's general score of 55.9. Galaxy Tab 8.9 comes with Android 3.0 OS, and Toshiba Encore 2 10.1-inch comes with Windows 8.1 OS. The Galaxy Tab 8.9 is an a lot older portable tablet than Toshiba Encore 2 10.1-inch, but it's lighter and a little bit thinner anyway.
