The Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has a global score of 66.1, which is much better than the Toshiba Encore's 56.2 general score. The Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 comes with Android 13 OS, while Toshiba Encore works with Windows 8.1 OS. Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 is a a lot thinner but just a bit heavier tablet than Toshiba Encore.
