Blackview Tab 18 has a general score of 71.2, which is much better than Toshiba Encore's overall score of 56.2. Blackview Tab 18 works with Android 13 OS, while Toshiba Encore comes with Windows 8.1 OS. Blackview Tab 18's construction is much heavier but incredibly thinner than Toshiba Encore. Blackview Tab 18 counts with a bit more powerful processor than Toshiba Encore, because it has 10 GB more RAM and a higher number of cores.
The Toshiba Encore features a little bit better screen than Blackview Tab 18, although it has a lot smaller screen, a way worse resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels and a little inferior amount of pixels per inch in the display. The Blackview Tab 18 shoots much better pictures and videos than Toshiba Encore, because it has a much more mega pixels camera in the back.
