The HP ProPad 600 has a global score of 58.2, which is just a bit better than the Toshiba Encore's 56.2 overall score. HP ProPad 600 is a heavier but a little bit thinner tablet than Toshiba Encore. Both of these tablets come with the same Windows 8.1 OS (operating system), so both should offer identical operating system features.
