Huawei MediaPad M1 has a score of 61.5, which is slightly better than Toshiba Encore's 56.2 overall score. The Huawei MediaPad M1 design is noticeably thinner and incredibly lighter than Toshiba Encore. Huawei MediaPad M1 comes with Android 4.2.2 OS, and Toshiba Encore counts with Windows 8.1 OS. The Toshiba Encore features a little bit better performance than Huawei MediaPad M1, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Toshiba Encore also has 1 GB more RAM.

Toshiba Encore features a bit more vivid display than Huawei MediaPad M1. Both of them have the same exact resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels, a higher number of pixels per screen inch and a display with the same size. Toshiba Encore has a superior storage for games and applications than Huawei MediaPad M1, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 32 GB internal memory.

The Toshiba Encore has a bit better camera than Huawei MediaPad M1, because it has a lot more megapixels back-facing camera. The Huawei MediaPad M1 has a much longer battery performance than Toshiba Encore.

Huawei MediaPad M1 not only is the best tablets between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also by far the cheapest.
