These tablets use Windows OS, but the Nokia Lumia 2520 has the newer RT 8.1 version while Toshiba Encore has Windows 8.1, giving a lot of extra features and better performance. The Nokia Lumia 2520 body is thinner but extremely heavier than the Toshiba Encore.
