Comparison review
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has an overall score of 65, which is better than Toshiba Encore's 56.2 score. Both of these devices have Windows OS (operating system), but Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has 8 version and Toshiba Encore has Windows 8.1. Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is a a lot thinner but extremely heavier device than Toshiba Encore.
The Toshiba Encore counts with a little more vivid display than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because although it has a little bit lower 800 x 1280 pixels resolution and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a quite higher quantity of pixels per screen inch. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with a much greater storage for applications and games than Toshiba Encore, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory.
The Toshiba Encore counts with just a little better hardware performance than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and although they both have a 2 GB RAM, the Toshiba Encore also has a larger number of cores. Samsung ATIV Tab 3's battery life is very similar to Toshiba Encore's battery duration. The Toshiba Encore takes much better pictures and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because it has a camera in the back with much more mega-pixels.
Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is not only the best devices of the ones we compare here, but it's also by far the cheapest one.
