The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE is much better than Toshiba Encore, getting a general score of 62.5 against 56.2. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE's body is thinner but much heavier than Toshiba Encore. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE comes with Android 3.1 operating system, and Toshiba Encore has Windows 8.1 operating system.
