Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a score of 58, which is slightly better than Toshiba Excite 13's 53.9 overall score. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 is a newer portable tablet, and it is also somewhat thinner and lighter than the Toshiba Excite 13. Both of these tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a newer 4.2.2 version and Toshiba Excite 13 has Android 4.0 version.
