Comparison review

Xperia Tablet S has a general score of 57.3, which is a bit better than the Toshiba Excite 13's score of 53.9. Xperia Tablet S's design is noticeably lighter but thicker than the Toshiba Excite 13, and they were only released 5 months apart. These tablets have Android operating system, but the Xperia Tablet S has a newer 4.1.1 version while Toshiba Excite 13 has Android 4.0 version.

The Toshiba Excite 13 counts with a bit better screen than Xperia Tablet S, because although it has a just a bit worse display pixel density, it also counts with a higher 900 x 1600px resolution and a way bigger display. Xperia Tablet S counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Toshiba Excite 13, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM and 4 cores, the Xperia Tablet S also has an extra GPU.

The Xperia Tablet S has a superior memory capacity to store more games and applications than Toshiba Excite 13. Both have exactly the same internal storage.
