The Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) is better than Toshiba Excite 13, having a general score of 61.8 against 55.4. Both devices in this review include Android OS, but the Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) has newer 9.0 Pie version and Toshiba Excite 13 has Android 4.0 version, giving you a couple additional features and a performance increase.
