The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has a global score of 65.2, which is much better than Toshiba Excite 13's global score of 55.4. Blackview OSCAL Pad 16's body is extremely newer, way thinner and incredibly lighter than Toshiba Excite 13. Both devices in this review include Android OS (Operating System), but Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has a newer 13 version and Toshiba Excite 13 has Android 4.0 version, so it provides some extra features and performance tweaks.
Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 counts with a slightly better looking screen than Toshiba Excite 13, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with a much better pixel number per inch of display and a better resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels. Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 counts with a much greater storage for games and applications than Toshiba Excite 13, because it has 256 GB internal storage.
