Comparison review
The Blackview Tab 10 is just a bit better than Toshiba Excite 13, with a 58 score against 55.4. Both of these tablets have Android OS, but the Blackview Tab 10 has the newer 11 version and Toshiba Excite 13 has Android 4.0 version, giving you some additional features. Blackview Tab 10 is a noticeably newer tablet, and it's also lighter and thinner than the Toshiba Excite 13.
The Blackview Tab 10 features a bit faster processor than Toshiba Excite 13, because it has a higher number of faster cores and a higher amount of RAM memory. The Blackview Tab 10 and Toshiba Excite 13 feature quite similar displays, because although the Blackview Tab 10 has a really smaller display, it also counts with a way higher pixels density and a higher 1200 x 1920 resolution.
The Blackview Tab 10 counts with a better camera than Toshiba Excite 13, and although they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Blackview Tab 10 also has a lot better 13 MP resolution back-facing camera. Blackview Tab 10 and Toshiba Excite 13 count with really similar memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos, and although the Blackview Tab 10 has no slot for an external memory card, they both have equal 64 GB internal memory capacity.
