Blackview Tab 11 SE has an overall score of 60.9, which is a bit better than Toshiba Excite 13's 55.4 score. These devices come with Android operating system, but Blackview Tab 11 SE has a more recent 12 version and Toshiba Excite 13 has Android 4.0, so it gives you some extra features. The Blackview Tab 11 SE body is noticeably lighter and much thinner than the Toshiba Excite 13.
Blackview Tab 11 SE features a little better hardware performance than Toshiba Excite 13, because it has a higher amount of RAM memory and more CPU cores.
