Comparison review
Blackview Tab 12 Pro is better than the Toshiba Excite 13, with a global score of 64.6 against 55.4. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but Blackview Tab 12 Pro has newer 12 version and Toshiba Excite 13 has Android 4.0 version, so it offers a couple additional features and performance improvements. The Blackview Tab 12 Pro is a much newer tablet, and it's also thinner and lighter than Toshiba Excite 13.
Blackview Tab 12 Pro features a little bit better processing power than Toshiba Excite 13, because it has a greater number of cores (and also faster) and a larger amount of RAM. The Toshiba Excite 13 features a bit more vivid screen than Blackview Tab 12 Pro, because although it has a way worse resolution of 900 x 1600 pixels and a way worse quantity of pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a really larger display.
