Comparison review
The Blackview Tab 12 has a general score of 59.4, which is just a bit better than the Toshiba Excite 13's general score of 55.4. Blackview Tab 12's design is way newer, a lot lighter and noticeably thinner than Toshiba Excite 13. These devices use Android OS, but the Blackview Tab 12 has the newer 11 version while Toshiba Excite 13 has Android 4.0 version, giving you a couple nice extra features and performance tweaks.
The Blackview Tab 12 has a bit superior processing unit than Toshiba Excite 13, because it has a greater number of cores (and faster) and more RAM. The Toshiba Excite 13 has a little bit better screen than Blackview Tab 12, because although it has a much lower pixels density and a much lower 900 x 1600 resolution, it also counts with a way larger display.
Blackview Tab 12 has as much memory for applications and games as Toshiba Excite 13, and although the Blackview Tab 12 has no slot for an external memory card, they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity. Blackview Tab 12 counts with a much better battery performance than Toshiba Excite 13.
The Blackview Tab 12 takes much clearer pictures and videos than Toshiba Excite 13, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (Full HD) video definition, the Blackview Tab 12 also has a camera with a much better resolution.
