Comparison review
The Blackview Tab 16 is much better than the Toshiba Excite 13, with a overall score of 65.4 against 55.4. Blackview Tab 16's construction is notably lighter and notably thinner than Toshiba Excite 13. These tablets use Android operating system, but Blackview Tab 16 has the newer 12 version and Toshiba Excite 13 has Android 4.0.
