Blackview Tab 60 is a bit better than Toshiba Excite 13, having a global score of 57.9 against 55.4. The Blackview Tab 60 design is newer, thinner and lighter than the Toshiba Excite 13. Both of these devices come with Android OS, but Blackview Tab 60 has a more recent 13 version and Toshiba Excite 13 has Android 4.0 version.
