Google Nexus 7 (2013) is a lot better than Toshiba Excite 13, with a global score of 70.8 against 55.4. Google Nexus 7 (2013)'s construction is newer, way lighter and somewhat thinner than Toshiba Excite 13. These tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a more recent 5.0 version and Toshiba Excite 13 has Android 4.0.
