The Google Nexus 9 is way better than Toshiba Excite 13, getting a global score of 74.5 against 55.4. Google Nexus 9 is a a lot newer tablet device, and it's also noticeably thinner and way lighter than the Toshiba Excite 13. These tablets include Android OS (operating system), but the Google Nexus 9 has 5.0 version while Toshiba Excite 13 has Android 4.0 version, giving you lots of additional features.
