HP ProPad 600 is just a bit better than the Toshiba Excite 13, having a score of 58.2 against 55.4. HP ProPad 600 is a newer portable tablet, and it's also much lighter and a little thinner than the Toshiba Excite 13. The HP ProPad 600 works with Windows 8.1 OS, and Toshiba Excite 13 has Android 4.0 OS.
