The Microsoft Surface 3 has a general score of 66.3, which is better than Toshiba Excite 13's global score of 55.4. The Microsoft Surface 3 is a way newer tablet, and it is also lighter and thinner than the Toshiba Excite 13. Toshiba Excite 13 counts with just a bit better looking screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a lot lower screen pixel density and a way lower 900 x 1600 resolution, it also counts with a bigger screen.

Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a bit faster CPU than Toshiba Excite 13, and although they both have 4 cpu cores, the Microsoft Surface 3 also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
