Comparison review
The OSCAL ELITE 1 has a general score of 67.1, which is way better than Toshiba Excite 13's overall score of 55.4. Both devices in this comparison work with Android OS, but OSCAL ELITE 1 has a newer 14 version and Toshiba Excite 13 has Android 4.0, offering a couple additional features and performance optimizations.
