Both tablets in our current comparison have Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has a newer 4.4.2 version and Toshiba Excite 13 has Android 4.0, providing some additional features.

The Toshiba Excite 13 counts with a bit sharper screen than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has a quite worse pixels quantity per inch in the display, it also counts with a higher 900 x 1600 resolution and a really larger display. Toshiba Excite 13 has a superior storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage.

Toshiba Excite 13 features a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 4 CPU cores. The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has a camera that's just as good as Toshiba Excite 13's camera, they have a 5 megapixels back camera, the same 1280x720 (HD) video definition and the same video frame rates.
