Comparison review
Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has a general score of 65.9, which is better than the Toshiba Excite 13's 55.4 general score. These devices work with Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has a newer 4.2 version and Toshiba Excite 13 has Android 4.0 version, so it provides the user a couple nice extra features and optimized performance. The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch is a newer portable tablet, and it is also way thinner and way lighter than Toshiba Excite 13.
Toshiba Excite 13 features a little more vivid display than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because although it has a just a bit worse amount of pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a much bigger screen and a higher 900 x 1600 resolution. The Toshiba Excite 13 counts with a little better processing power than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Toshiba Excite 13 also has 2 more processing cores.
The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch shoots a bit better pictures and videos than Toshiba Excite 13, although it has a much lower 1280x720 (HD) video definition and a back facing camera with a lot worse 3 mega-pixels resolution.
