Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 is better than the Toshiba Excite 13, having a 62.8 score against 55.4. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 design is incredibly newer, incredibly thinner and lighter than Toshiba Excite 13. These devices use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has a newer 7.1 Nougat version and Toshiba Excite 13 has Android 4.0 version, giving you some extra features.
