Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) has a general score of 65.7, which is better than the Toshiba Excite 13's general score of 55.4. The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) construction is much newer, somewhat thinner and way lighter than Toshiba Excite 13. These devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Toshiba Excite 13 has Android 4.0 version.
Toshiba Excite 13 has a bit better processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have 4 CPU cores.
