Comparison review
Galaxy Tab A 9.7 has a global score of 60.5, which is a bit better than Toshiba Excite 13's 55.4 global score. Both of these tablets use Android OS, but Galaxy Tab A 9.7 has a newer 7.1 Nougat version while Toshiba Excite 13 has Android 4.0, giving a lot of extra features and performance optimizations. The Galaxy Tab A 9.7 is a way newer tablet, and it's also much lighter and extremely thinner than the Toshiba Excite 13.
Toshiba Excite 13 has a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab A 9.7, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have 4 cores. The Toshiba Excite 13 counts with a better screen than Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because it has a much bigger screen, a better 900 x 1600px resolution and a just a little higher pixels density.
Toshiba Excite 13 features a greater storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage capacity.
