The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra is way better than the Toshiba Excite 13, getting an 82.1 score against 55.4. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra has newer 14 version and Toshiba Excite 13 has Android 4.0, providing you a couple additional features and better performance.
