Galaxy Tab S4 has an overall score of 78.8, which is way better than Toshiba Excite 13's overall score of 55.4. Galaxy Tab S4's construction is a lot newer, noticeably lighter and incredibly thinner than the Toshiba Excite 13. Galaxy Tab S4 features a bit better display than Toshiba Excite 13, because although it has a really smaller display, it also counts with a lot better count of pixels per inch of screen and a much better resolution of 1600 x 2560px.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 features a superior processor than Toshiba Excite 13, because it has a larger number of cores (and also faster) and more RAM memory. The Galaxy Tab S4 counts with much more memory capacity to store more games and applications than Toshiba Excite 13. They have the same 64 GB internal memory.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 features a superior battery duration than Toshiba Excite 13. The Galaxy Tab S4 captures much better photos and videos than Toshiba Excite 13, because it has a way more megapixels back facing camera and a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
In addition to being the best tablet in this comparison, Galaxy Tab S4 is also by far the cheapest one, making it a no doubt choice.
