The Blackview Tab 12 is just a bit better than Toshiba Excite 7.7, with a 59.4 score against 54.2. Both of these tablets work with Android OS, but the Blackview Tab 12 has the newer 11 version and Toshiba Excite 7.7 has Android 4.0 version, so it provides you some additional features. Blackview Tab 12's construction is noticeably newer and a bit thinner than the Toshiba Excite 7.7's, but it's also heavier.
