Blackview Tab 13 has a general score of 63.8, which is much better than Toshiba Excite 7.7's 54.2 global score. Both of these tablets use Android operating system, but Blackview Tab 13 has newer 12 version while Toshiba Excite 7.7 has Android 4.0 version. Blackview Tab 13's body has the same thickness than the Toshiba Excite 7.7, but it is heavier.
Toshiba Excite 7.7 has a bit more vivid display than Blackview Tab 13, although it has a little lower pixel density, a way smaller screen and a lot lower 720 x 1280 pixels resolution. Blackview Tab 13 features a bit better processor than Toshiba Excite 7.7, because it has 5 GB more RAM and more cores.
