Galaxy Tab 10.1 is a bit better than the Toshiba Excite 7.7, with a 58.1 score against 54.2. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 construction is older, notably heavier and thicker than Toshiba Excite 7.7. Both tablets in this comparison review have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab 10.1 has the newer 4.0.4 version and Toshiba Excite 7.7 has Android 4.0 version, providing the user some extra features.
The Toshiba Excite 7.7 has a better processing power than Galaxy Tab 10.1, because it has a higher number of cores (and also faster). The Toshiba Excite 7.7 counts with just a bit better display than Galaxy Tab 10.1, because although it has a much smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 720 x 1280px, it also counts with a greater pixel number in each inch in the screen.
