Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 is much better than the Toshiba Excite 7.7, getting a general score of 66.5 against 54.2. Although the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 is extremely thicker than Toshiba Excite 7.7, it's way lighter and newer. These tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has newer 4.4.2 version while Toshiba Excite 7.7 has Android 4.0.
