Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V is a bit better than the Toshiba Excite 7.7, with a global score of 58.5 against 54.2. These tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V has a more recent 4.4 version and Toshiba Excite 7.7 has Android 4.0.
