The Galaxy View 2 has an overall score of 65.3, which is much better than the Toshiba Excite 7.7's 54.2 global score. These devices work with Android OS, but Galaxy View 2 has 8.1 Oreo version and Toshiba Excite 7.7 has Android 4.0 version, so it counts with a lot of extra features and performance enhancements.
