Comparison review
The Toshiba Excite 7.7 is just a bit better than the Toshiba Excite Write, getting a overall score of 53.1 against 49.9. The Toshiba Excite 7.7 design is noticeably thinner and extremely lighter than the Toshiba Excite Write. Both of these devices use Android operating system, but Toshiba Excite 7.7 has the older 4.0 version while Toshiba Excite Write has Android 4.2.1.
The Toshiba Excite 7.7 features a much greater processing power than Toshiba Excite Write, although it has 1 GB less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Toshiba Excite Write counts with a bit better display than Toshiba Excite 7.7, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1600 x 2560, a way higher screen pixels density and a much bigger screen.
The Toshiba Excite Write counts with a superior storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Toshiba Excite 7.7, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 32 GB internal memory capacity. The Toshiba Excite Write and the Toshiba Excite 7.7 both have very similar battery performance.
Toshiba Excite Write captures much better pictures and videos than Toshiba Excite 7.7, because it has a back-facing camera with a much higher 8 megapixels resolution.
Even being the best tablet in this comparison, the Toshiba Excite 7.7 is also a bargain compared to the other ones, making this tablet a no doubt choice.
