The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a general score of 65.6, which is much better than the Toshiba FOLIO 100's score of 40.2. The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 construction is incredibly lighter and thinner than the Toshiba FOLIO 100. These tablets include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has 4.4.2 version and Toshiba FOLIO 100 has Android 2.2 version, providing the user some extra features.
