Toshiba FOLIO 100 is a low-end device, with a fast 1000 MHz Dual-Core processing unit, a really big 10.1" multi-touch screen and a 1.3 mega-pixels front camera. We will get a better understanding of this portable tablet's pros when we get into specific details.
